Parmesan Crisps (for our non-carb friends!)
Preheat oven to 375 F, line baking sheet with parchment paper and make small piles of grated parmesan cheese, topped with pepper. Bake for 5-6 minutes and let cool. They'll harden as they cool.
Onion Dip and Baked Potato Chips - dip is quick and DELISH but chips were pain so open a bag of Miss Vicky's instead!
Sauteed Spicy Asparagus - per Kim, kinda boring so let her know if you want the recipe
Pan Seared Fish with Herby Brown Butter - super quick, easy and good
Seared Steak with Spicy Miso Butter - lots of butter but easy and good
Skillet Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondie - was a bit dry but made it before and it came out great
Three Ingredient Chocolate Mousse - firmer than a regular mousse and very chocolately
Asian Pear and Avocado Salad - really good and pretty effortless
Tangy Herb Sesame Slaw - very time consuming and probably not worth the effort
Crispy Buffalo Crispies - a nice twist on the standard roasted potato with some tasty toppings
