February 2015 - Amy

Thank you Amy for hosting a wonderful cooking club - Red and Pink Theme!  Everything was delicious! 


Tomato Soup With Parmesan Dumplings
 
Apple and Pomegranate Quinoa and Kale Salad
Replaced the feta with white cheddar cheese  and the walnuts with pecans
