Rating: 9* ** Used vegetable stock instead of chicken stock

Pasta with Avocado Pesto 
Rating: 8*

Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing 
Rating: 8 
** We omitted anchovy paste

Roasted Asparagus, Feta and Couscous Salad 
Rating: 8.5*

** Add more feta and some dressing if making again and cook asparagus for only 5-6 minutes

Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dijon
Rating: 9*

 Spring Rolls with Mango and Mint (and Peanut Butter Sauce)
Rating: 8 and 10 for sauce

** We omitted the fried tofu

Gooey Caramel Turtle Bark
Rating: 6

** Use smaller pan next time and maybe add more caramel and pecans
